Service Kits

  • The kit concept has been developed to make servicing quick, easy and reliable.
  • Hydrovane kits have been carefully constructed to contain all of the parts required for an effective preventative maintenance programme.
  • Using the kits as part of the recommended service schedule will prevent costly breakdowns, ensuring a continuous supply of high quality compressed air.
  • Servicing must only be carried out by authorised personnel, fully trained and competent in the maintenance of Hydrovane compressors.

For the new range of Vertical Compressors, there are three kits for providing servicing:

  • Oil Change Kit (KO) used every 2000 hours or 1 year comprising Oil Filter and Air Intake Filter.
  • Maintenance Kit (KM) used every 4000 hours or 2 years comprising above components plus Separator Element and any replacement valves.
  • Top-Up Kit (KT) which is a top-up/full overhaul kit.

It is very important to note that only Hydrovane approved spare parts should be used, cheaper parts do NOT offer the same quality and reliability. They may damage the compressor and may also invalidate your warranty.
